User Research
Studying real users to inform design decisions with evidence, not guesses.
User research is the practice of learning about your users' needs, behaviours, and pain points through interviews, surveys, analytics, and observation. It replaces assumptions with evidence, so design decisions are grounded in how people actually behave.
Research happens before design (to discover problems) and after (to validate solutions). Even lightweight research — a few user interviews — dramatically de-risks a product compared to building on intuition alone.
Need this done, not just defined?
I design and build it — Framer sites, product UI/UX, and more.
