UX
User Flow
The path a user takes through a product to complete a task.
A user flow maps the steps a person moves through to accomplish a goal — for example, sign up → verify email → set up profile → reach the dashboard. Mapping flows reveals unnecessary steps, dead ends, and moments of confusion before anything is designed in detail.
Optimising the critical flows (signup, checkout, activation) usually has a far bigger impact on outcomes than polishing individual screens.
Need this done, not just defined?
I design and build it — Framer sites, product UI/UX, and more.
