UX
Usability
How easily and efficiently people can accomplish tasks in a product.
Usability measures how effectively, efficiently, and satisfyingly users can achieve their goals in an interface. It's commonly broken into learnability, efficiency, memorability, error rate, and satisfaction.
Usability is improved through clear hierarchy, familiar patterns, forgiving error handling, and testing with real users. A beautiful interface with poor usability still fails — clarity beats cleverness.
